I'm Vassiliki and together with my partner we build businesses together. We have business in the fitness, self- development and creative industries and we know all too well how important systems, automation and accuracy is to running a business. It gives you the space to actually focus on your craft and leaves little time for the boring stuff!

I love designing beautiful, functional spaces, and interiors to match. However, I felt so overwhelmed with pricing up job opportunities. Finishing my day job, needing to quickly, accurately price up opportunities would completely zap me of my energy because it always took so long. I wasn’t here trying to reinvent the wheel, but I wanted something that was beautifully presented, reflected me and my style, accurately represented my fees. In saying this, there was no room for error.

We built this fee proposal template to help turn over proposals quickly, efficiently but without any overwhelm. Preserving my own energy and allowing me to focus on designing spaces.

I acknowledged that in submitting proposals to potential clients, it's the law of averages. I need to turnover X number of proposals to then win Y% of the proposals I submit. By having this fee proposal template in my arsenal, it gives me the confidence to quickly fill out brief requirements from the potential client, have approximate build costs and ranges to provide a beautifully designed fee proposal that wows clients while presenting them with all the information they need to engage me and my services. It allowed me to focus on designing and more capacity to be creative without being bogged down in Lead Generation and Quoting.
